PRP Treatment Special – Terms & Conditions
- Offer Details:
- Single PRP treatment: $600 per session
- Package of 3 PRP treatments: $1,600 (when paid upfront)
- Eligibility:
- Offer available to new and existing patients of Dr Jay’s Aesthetics.
- All treatments must be deemed medically appropriate following a consultation with Dr Jay.
- Package Terms:
- The 3-treatment package must be paid in full prior to or at the time of the first session.
- Package treatments are non-transferable and must be used by the same patient.
- Treatments must be completed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Unused treatments after 12 months will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
- Refunds & Cancellations:
- Packages and prepaid treatments are non-refundable once the first session has been completed.
- If you are unable to complete your package due to a medical contraindication (as determined by Dr Jay), a pro-rata refund may be considered for unused sessions.
- Standard clinic cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
- Other Conditions:
- Offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
- Not redeemable for cash or other services.
- Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
